Security & governance
Most platforms check permissions in the UI — and AI agents go around the UI. Uniwork enforces access in the data layer itself, so people and AI pass through the same wall. No side doors, no exceptions.
Permissions the AI can't bypass
Ask UniAgent for something you're not allowed to see and the answer is no — however creatively you ask. Roles, groups and per-record rules ("reps see only their own deals") are enforced where the data lives, so every query from a person or an agent hits the same check.
Real isolation
Every organization runs on its own compute with its own databases — your data isn't a row filter in someone else's table. When one app needs another's data, access is explicitly approved by an admin, short-lived and brokered — never a shared master key.
Accountability built in
An org-wide audit log captures grants, permission changes and sensitive actions — by people and by AI. The admin console shows who can access what, and why. SOC 2 is on our roadmap for GA. SOC 2 · in progress
